Terms and Conditions
All transfers conducted through Jacqueline Bell.co.uk are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways, unless requested otherwise, to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order.

CANCELLATION OF COURSES
Should you need to cancel your place on any class, it must be done 2 weeks prior to the class start time to receive a full refund. If a place is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the start date of the class you will not be entitled to a refund.
All classes need a minimum of 4 people for it to run. If there is a shortfall in numbers, you will be notified 1 week before the start date to say that the class may not go ahead. In the event that a course is cancelled you will be offered a credit for another course or issued a full refund.
All participants must have good use of their hands and eyes. Those who require to wear corrective lenses for near vision are required to use them. Any impairment that might affect you or the class must be made known to Jacqueline Bell prior to booking to determine suitability to the class and whether any special requirements need to be made. Our Workshop is on the second floor of a historic building and we are unable to provide disabled access.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Instructions given by the the tutor must be followed at all times. Failure to do so could result in injury to self or third party and could result in being asked to leave the premises permanently without a refund. Jacqueline Bell will not be responsible for any injury caused by using machinery without having received prior instruction by our tutors.
Safety equipment will be provided where required. All participants will be made aware of the location of these and will be required to use saftey goggles, protective clothing etc when needed. I will not be held responsible for any incident which results from non- compliance with our safety rules.
I will not tolerate any anti-social or abusive behaviour towards other persons and anyone acting in such a manner will be asked to leave without being refunded for their class.
Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions may result in being removed from the class without a refund.
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled as strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties. The personal information you provide will be used soley for the purpose of ensuring deliveries to you and to provide offers and information to you. You may request to see any of your personal information at any time. We will not retain any data which is no longer needed for the above. You may unsubscribe from my mailing list at any time.
LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
Except in relation to my contractual obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on my website, I will not be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website. You agree fully to indemnify me and my representatives from and against all liabilities against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website. I may terminate your use of the website immediately if I consider that you have breached these terms and conditions.
This website is controlled and operated by Jacqueline Bell in the UK. These terms and conditions and all matters connected with any order you place in our website are governed by UK Law.
